Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed Emergency Department serving all patient populations including adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients
• Manage and treat common ED diagnoses including respiratory distress, overdose, CHF, dialysis-related conditions, and hypertension
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4–5, adjusting flexibly based on acuity
• Operate GE monitoring equipment and standard ED equipment within a Meditech EHR environment
• Float to like assignments as needed to support department staffing
• Maintain current required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Must live 60 miles or greater from the facility to be eligible for travel consideration

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EHR system
• Team-oriented with a positive, engaged attitude
• Familiarity with high-acuity ED presentations and flexible staffing environments
