Supply Chain and Logistics - Trade Specialist 3

Overview Trade Specialist — We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trade Specialist to join our supply chain team in Beaverton, OR (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES). This role will support project initiatives and ensure compliance with trade regulations and supply chain operations. The position offers a hybrid work model with onsite attendance at PHK and work-from-home flexibility on Fridays. Required Skills & Qualifications 25 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or supply chain operations. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field. Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements and Rules of Origin. Experience with product classification or customs documentation preferred. Strong Excel/data analysis skills. Prior work experience in the industry is preferred. Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2. A second language would be highly preferred. Experience working across multiple countries or cultures. International exposure or additional language skills highly desirable. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Ensure compliance with trade regulations and manage customs documentation. Collaborate with the Trade and Organization team on project support initiatives. Analyze data and generate reports to support supply chain operations. Analyzing product and sourcing data to identify and support FTA opportunities. Managing product attributes (ART) and ensuring accurate data in NTN. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APLA and Global Trade to ensure alignment between product data, sourcing decisions, and customs requirements.
