Temporary Litigation Paralegal

Dallas, TX | Fully Onsite | Full-Time | Contract Opportunity

LHH is actively connecting with experienced Litigation Paralegals for a temporary opportunity with a busy and growing law firm in the Dallas area. This is an ongoing project assignment supporting a high-volume plaintiff personal injury practice, with the potential for long-term or permanent consideration based on performance and business needs.

This role is ideal for a paralegal who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Support attorneys throughout the entire litigation lifecycle
• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court communications
• Assist with filings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Coordinate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Help move cases forward efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy

Qualifications

• Prior plaintiff personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and trucking litigation highly desired
• Insurance defense litigation experience will also be considered
• Ability to independently manage case responsibilities with minimal training
• Strong organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant plus, but not required

Additional Details

• Full-time schedule, approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some flexibility available)
• Fully onsite in the Dallas area
• Parking provided at no cost

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
