About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a focus on capital markets to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and execution-focused executive, responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting operations, as well as leading capital-raising efforts across institutional and high-net-worth channels. This dual-role position is pivotal, as the CFO will also be part of the Senior Leadership Team and is expected to contribute to the long-term planning and growth strategy of the firm. Key responsibilities for the CFO include leading all financial operations such as accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, tax, and compliance. The role also involves managing internal controls, financial reporting, and investor communications, and advising the CEO on financial matters. In the capital markets function, the CFO will lead all equity and debt fundraising initiatives, manage investor relationships, and oversee the creation of offering materials and presentations. Additionally, the CFO will be involved in structuring investment vehicles, analyzing returns, and supporting the Investment Committee, as well as developing and executing strategies to expand the firm's investor base. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in a similar capacity, with a strong background in both finance and capital markets. A strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and direct a team are essential. The CFO will be expected to have a deep understanding of financial operations, as well as the ability to lead and manage capital-raising activities effectively.
