Recruitment & Staffing Specialist

Aspire of Western New York has an exciting part time entry level Recruitment & Staffing Specialist position available. This position is 18-24 hours per week. The Recruitment & Staffing Specialist would be responsible for the engagement of candidates from a face-to-face interview to onboarding them into their new position. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organized, motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a desire to help others obtain a job that is both rewarding and impactful. No previous interviewing experience required!
