What You'll Do Daily HR Operations: Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and clerical support across the entire Human Resources Department. Employee Relations: Serve as the trusted confidant and primary point of contact, navigating employee relations with empathy and the highest levels of confidentiality. Compliance: Ensure all daily HR practices adhere to labor laws and company policies. Onboarding & Benefits: Facilitate engaging new hire orientations and guide employees through their benefits packages. What You Bring Proven experience in a Human Resources Generalist or equivalent support role. Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with a laser-focus on accuracy and confidentiality. A passion for people and problem-solving. Qualifications Education: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general office experience required. Systems: Hands-on experience navigating Paycom (or a similar comprehensive HRIS system) for personnel tracking and benefits administration is highly preferred. Skills & Abilities Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a cheerful, patient, and tactful disposition. Problem-Solving: Ability to make independent decisions when necessary and handle emotionally upset or hostile individuals professionally. Healthcare Aptitude: Patience and empathy required to relate and work harmoniously with ill, disabled, elderly, and sensitive populations.
