Benefits Administrator

Join a reputable company with over 6,000 employees where you'll play a critical role in managing employee leave programs across multiple states. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to the Benefits Manager. About the Role This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment managing approximately 300-400 employee leaves annually, including: Maternity and parental leaves Medical and surgical leaves Family caregiving leaves Personal leaves of absence International travel/home country visits Union and state-mandated leave programs Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle leave administration process Administer leave programs for employees across 17 states Communicate with employees throughout their leave experience via phone and email Partner with HR Business Partners and General Managers to provide leave updates Ensure compliance with federal, state, and union leave requirements Manage state-mandated leave programs and union-related leaves Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on leave administration experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of: Massachusetts Paid Family & Medical Leave Federal and state leave laws Experience working with multiple unions and interpreting collective bargaining agreements Experience supporting hourly employee populations Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Pulpstream is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus Please reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io with resume and interest! #J-18808-Ljbffr
