Recruiter Position at Vital LyfeWe are looking for a high ownership Recruiter to help build the team that will define the future of water autonomy. This role is not just about filling roles, it's about building the company. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and leaders to identify, attract, and close the kind of talent that changes industries. You will play a critical role in shaping the team that builds Vital Lyfe.Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of rolesPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profilesPartner with interviewers to design effective interview processes and evaluation frameworksSource, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channelsCoordinate interviews and keep the process moving smoothly and efficientlyMaintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first contact through offerSupport offer development, reference checks, and pre-employment steps as neededHelp improve recruiting processes, workflows, and overall talent operations as we scaleAct as a strong ambassador for the company and our culture throughout the hiring processContinuously build strong talent pipelines ahead of hiring demandWe are looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to help build a company from the ground up.
