Jr. Recruiter

iStaffing inc is seeking a Jr. Recruiter for an onsite role in Hawthorne, CA . Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements Post job openings to social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms Review applications, perform candidate screenings, and coordinate interview scheduling Conduct interviews and support onboarding to help ensure a smooth hiring process Maintain the Available List log by adding new associates Track employee attendance, performance, and engagement Support basic employee relations and address staffing concerns in a timely manner Initiate the application process for incoming applicants Maintain accurate staffing records and produce staffing reports as needed Answer and direct phone calls professionally and manage high call volume Answer incoming inquiries at reception by greeting and assisting visitors Provide onsite reception support and perform other administrative tasks as assigned Complete other tasks as assigned Requirements Bilingual requirement: English/Spanish Previous experience in staffing required Minimum 2 years experience supporting full cycle recruiting Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel ) or similar tools Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technologies Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Job type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Work location: In person Experience level: Full cycle recruiting (2 years required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
