Resolve routine customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Assist with daily operational support tasks. Participate in ongoing training and development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
