ATTORNEY
Business Civil Commercial Litigation
Long Term Part-time / Miami or Remote
Member of Florida Bar

Solo attorney with an established Miami practice is seeking an experienced Florida-barred attorney to assist with a significant, long-term litigation project on a part-time basis (approximately 10-20 hours a week.
This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with strong business and civil commercial litigation experience who is looking for flexible, project-based work. The attorney selected will work primarily on one complex case involving multiple legal and factual components, making prior substantive litigation experience particularly important.

Key Areas of Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience handling matters involving:

• Business torts
• Civil commercial litigation
• Gross negligence claims
• Civil theft
• Business-related disputes and litigation
• Legal research, analysis, and case development
• Complex litigation involving multiple factual and legal issues

The attorney will be expected to bring a strong working knowledge of these areas to the project and be capable of working independently with limited direction.

Position Details

• Part-time: Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• Duration: Expected to be at least one year
• Location: Flexible — work can be performed remotely or from the attorney's Miami office
• Practice: Established solo attorney / Miami law practice
• Work Arrangement: Flexible and project-focused
• Start: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:

• Must be admitted to The Florida Bar and in good standing
• Strong prior experience in business and civil commercial litigation
• Demonstrated experience with business torts, gross negligence, and/or civil theft
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case-development skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex legal issues

This position is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys substantive litigation work and would welcome the flexibility of a 10–20 hour-per-week commitment while contributing to a complex and interesting case.
