Contract Technical Recruiter

Seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter for a six-month remote engagement, who will manage full-cycle recruiting for technology teams, develop strategic hiring plans, and enhance the talent brand to attract top candidates in the HealthTech space. Key responsibilities: Own full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies Track and analyze recruitment data to advise hiring teams on decisions and solutions for talent acquisition challenges Develop creative sourcing tactics to engage passive candidates and increase diversity within the talent pipeline Required qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter, with a minimum of 1 year in-house experience in a high-growth HealthTech organization Proven track record of sourcing and assessing candidates with niche skill sets and a strong understanding of the US HealthTech space Experience using data to influence hiring decisions and a commitment to comprehensive candidate and pipeline data Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, GEM, and LinkedIn for developing hiring plans and talent maps Strong sense of accountability and ownership in driving recruitment processes
