We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting operations while assisting with general HR and administrative functions. Approximately 75% of the role will focus on recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. The remaining 25% will support HR administration, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR experience.

• Review, screen, and evaluate incoming applications through Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
• Source qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting pipelines.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, follow-up, and hiring updates.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting administration.
• Support HR-related administrative projects and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain organized documentation and confidential employee information.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

• Previous recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience using Indeed or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable balancing recruiting responsibilities with administrative work.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Personal laptop required
