Overview
MRI Tech with Radiology specialty seeking a travel assignment in Burlington, Vermont. Start date 08/10/2026 for 10 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,957–$3,131. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 8-hour rotating (Day/Evening). Setting: hospital travel assignment.

Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
- Screen patients for MRI safety, obtain consent, and verify imaging orders
- Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Administer or prepare contrast materials as directed and monitor the patient during imaging
- Ensure patient comfort and safety, maintain sterile technique, and follow infection control practices
- Monitor image quality, adjust parameters as needed, and document procedures in the Epic EMR
- Collaborate with radiologists and support staff; participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MRI equipment

Requirements
- Licenses/ Certifications:
- ARRT or ARMRIT MRI licensure; MR advanced licensure required
- BLS certification
- MRI Tech Certification Verification (Equivalency)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
- Epic experience within the past 2 years (nonnegotiable)
- Phillips MRI experience highly preferred
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Prior travel assignment experience preferred
- Education: Not specified in job notes
- Additional:
- Must be able to work in a hospital setting as a travel clinician
- Travel notes: no block scheduling; public transportation not accessible; reliable transportation required
- Vehicle readiness with all-season or snow tires during November–April
