Head of Sales Solutions Engineering — AI DevSecOps

Sonar is seeking a technical leader with a developer/DevSecOps background to drive a high-velocity sales engine. This player/coach role shares time between leading opportunities with customers and building, hiring, and raising the bar for a team of Solutions Engineers. You will own the team's numbers, coach from the field, and drive standardization while leveraging AI-powered workflows to scale deals. The role is based in Austin with in-office collaboration days and relocation support for the #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonar
