AVP, Digital Scrum Master

Responsibilities Lead agile teams as the Scrum Master for customer servicing platform initiatives Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions Generate progress reports indicating team velocity and burn-down Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage Sprint processes Coach Agile behavior and remove distractions affecting team operations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent leadership program experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of IT experience Experience in developing and implementing information systems and project management experience Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required Strong project management background with a focus on technology, front end integrations and the Agile framework Experience managing offshore resources and organizing large cross-functional teams Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluency in MS Office Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian products is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
