Dispatch Field/Printer Technician
New requirement in Northridge, CA 91324 area for a dispatch field/printer technician. Must live in the Northridge area, zip codes must be listed on resumes. Looking for immediate help MUST BE WILLING TO WORK any shift, 10 am to 7 pm (1 hr lunch break). The position is for break/fix field service work.
Position Summary: MUST HAVE Field Service Experience Desktop Support Systems may be POS systems or Desktop/Laptop units. Must have installation experience, mounting equipment to walls, countertops, etc. Installation skills a plus: installing equipment on various surfaces such as tile, steel, brick, other various materials. Ability to upgrade OS software and transfer data if required. Good communication skills Printer Break/Fix experience is a plus. MUST HAVE Field Service Experience and Printer Break Fix repair. Must be able to follow written instructions MINIMUM Requirements: (Candidates missing any of these requirements will be automatically rejected.) CompTIA A+ Certified Preferred, Reimaging and updating O/S experience required. Printer Break-fix experience (more than consumables and setup) Deskside Customer Service Support Experience Reliable Transportation (This is a driving position reimbursed accordingly Transition rate upon full time hire to CompuCom will be $21.00 for candidates that meet requirements listed, dependent on technician's skill set, candidates must know this upfront. Contractors will also be required to load Company Apps on their personal smart phones. Please make sure you set that expectation upfront. Again, installation experience is a MUST
