The Tone: Full-time, in-person role at Provincial Senior Living The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Various US Locations Pay: $100000 yearly Mission: Grow community occupancy by meeting move-in goals and educating professionals on community services. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Sales CRM systems What You'll Actually Do Prospect Engagement: Interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers as they explore new vibrant living options within the community. Community Promotion: Conduct engaging community tours and host various prospect and professional events designed to build and maintain occupancy levels. Strategic Development: Create and implement a comprehensive Business Development plan aimed at educating external professionals about the community and the range of services provided for seniors. Occupancy Growth: Take direct responsibility for consistently meeting the community’s Move In goals, thereby contributing to the overall growth of occupancy. Sales Excellence: Apply skills in discovering sales motivations, building strong relationships, expertly overcoming objections, and successfully closing sales. The Must-Haves Background: Director-level sales professional with 2+ years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate demeanor and a genuine interest in working with seniors. Experience: Demonstrated track record of sales results over 2+ years. Required proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must have experience working with sales CRM systems to effectively track leads and manage sales activities. Skills: Strong communication abilities with the capacity to build meaningful relationships and influence decision-making processes. Expert-level skill in discovering a prospect’s sales motivation and needs. Quick, strategic thinking coupled with the ability to understand and effectively overcome objections. Proven ability to close sales successfully, both in person and over the phone. Must be a self-starter with a passion for sales and accomplishing goals, and project a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust. A willingness and determination to meet sales and census goals is a must.
