Remote RN Case Manager - Weekdays, Full-Time

Remote job

CVS Health is seeking a Remote Case Manager RN to support the Costco Team from home. You will assess member needs, create care plans, coordinate services, and help remove barriers to better health while working Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM CST. This full-time role requires an active multi-state RN license, 3+ years of nursing experience, and comfort with Microsoft Office.
