Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) - Notre Dame Health Care Center Overview NDHC Health Care Center seeks a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Worcester, MA. Opportunities are available for daytime, evening, and per diem shifts. We provide long-term care and rehabilitative services to residents, with staffing ratios designed to support high-quality care. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Provide general nursing care and assessments to assigned residents, including clinical interventions and medication administration. Administer nursing treatments according to the care plan. Monitor nurse aide assignments and caregiving tasks during assigned shifts. Serve as a leader and model for customer service principles and participate in quality improvement efforts during shifts. Ensure the unit functions in accordance with facility quality standards. Qualifications Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Ability to assess, plan, provide, and document nursing care for a designated group of patients. Computer proficiency with electronic health records; experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred. Desire to provide compassionate care to the elderly. Full-time positions require availability to work every other weekend and holidays. Per diem positions require ability to work one weekend per month and one holiday per season. Benefits and Compensation Salary: $36.00 – $47.25 per hour. Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year (federal tax-exempt).
