Group Leader - Production

We're seeking a hands-on Group Leader to oversee daily production across multiple departments. If you excel at organizing workflows, motivating teams, and maintaining high quality and safety standards, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production, equipment setup, and batch processes
• Monitor raw materials for quality
• Assign tasks and coordinate materials through JDE
• Train team members on quality and production procedures
• Complete documentation and perform label/product checks
• Enforce safety rules and proper PPE use
• Coach team members, manage break/shift coverage, and reduce downtime

What You Bring

• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Experience with material-handling equipment
• Proven leadership abilities
• Comfortable using Outlook and digital tools

Role Details

• Full-Time, flexible shifts; overtime/weekends as needed
• Indoor manufacturing environment with varying temps/noise
• Physical activity: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
• No travel required

Requirements

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varied shifts

Preferred:

• 3+ years manufacturing experience (food production a plus)
• GMP, HACCP, allergen, food defense, wash-down training
