Nice to Have Skills & Experience 2 years of high volume call center experience Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Exposure to distribution centers, supply chain operations, or order fulfillment processes Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a global manufacturing and industrial equipment client in Dayton, Minnesota. In this role, you will join Graco’s Customer Care organization, supporting business‑to‑business customers by providing timely, accurate service related to order management, pricing, product availability, and shipping. On a day‑to‑day basis, this role will spend approximately 70% of their time handling 80‑100 inbound phone calls per day and 30% responding to customer emails and system‑based cases, primarily through CRM and internal order management tools. Daily work includes answering pricing questions, checking inventory and shipment status, processing orders, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional, business‑to‑business environment.
