As a valued member of the educational team, you will:

Desired Experience and Credentials:

• Active MA OT certification required
• Proven experience in school-based OT, home health, or broader healthcare settings
• Compassionate communication skills with the ability to engage young learners and collaborate with families
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, documentation, and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to elementary-aged students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Provide family education and contribute creative solutions to maximize student independence
