In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, delivering courteous customer service while supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced corporate environment. Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for maintaining a welcoming front-desk environment, managing reception activities, and assisting with a variety of administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Coordinate visitor access and maintain visitor logs as required.
• Schedule conference rooms and assist with meeting preparations.
• Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
• Support office events, meetings, and special projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address office-related needs and inquiries.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire, contingent upon performance and business needs.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred

• Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role.
