Deal Desk Analyst

You’ll make an impact by Deliver high quality, compliant quotes while managing case load efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction between the Deal Desk and the Sales team Partner with the Sales teams in the quote creation process. Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quote Support and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams. Identify trends, errors, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend solutions. This is how you'll win us over 2 years relevant experience At minimum an Associate's degree is preferred, but not required Proficiency in SalesForce or similar CRM Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong analytical skills with a global perspective. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and technical abilities. Comfortable working remote and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
