By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Tableau Reporting Developer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).Job DutiesDevelopment and implementation of the deliverables for the Enterprise Risk Management ProgramBuild strong relationships and partner with business partners related to this programParticipate in strategic team and enterprise initiatives for legal reporting and product supportDevelopment and execution of legal reportsPreparation of documentation for deliverables, ensure appropriate prioritization, status reporting, escalation and closure of outstanding issuesDevelop health monitoring metrics around all facets of data domainsReview metrics and decipher their usability from the risk and /or the performance angleSynthesize data for business, customers, and/or products/services/portfolios to 'form a story'Qualifications8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence in the following: reporting, analytics, or modelingExperience with enterprise database technologies (data storage, data movement, and data access etc.) and business intelligence tools3+ years of experience with TableauExperience working with products in the financial services industryExperience implementing policies, procedures, processes and compliance related to platform support and management.Experience building consensus and gaining buy-in and addressing complex issues within highly matrixed organizationKnowledge and understanding of SQL and other scripting languages.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExtensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysisThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
