POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting the Management Team in accomplishing the shift’s duties and objectives Ensuring proper completion of all side work Assisting with general shift work including but not limited to slicing, making sandwiches in roughly 30 seconds, assorted shift side work, handling customer complaints, and training new employees Completing weekly administrative tasks Being the manager on duty 2-5 nights a week Job Type Full-time/Part-time Qualifications Candidates should demonstrate great customer service, leadership, and a drive for success. Strong self‑managerial skills Personable Responsible Punctual Organizational skills Listening skills Strong work ethic Ability to handle fast‑paced and high‑stress situations in the store Ability to organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision Additional Expectations Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees. The Person in Charge helps to oversee in‑store operations alongside the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader. The Person in Charge plays a role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Person in Charge must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Person in Charge, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
