The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and organization of inventory throughout the warehouse. Working under the direction of the Inventory Control Manager, this position supports receiving operations, performs inventory control activities, and ensures products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and available when needed.This role works closely with Receiving, Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Product Development, and Production to ensure every department can confidently rely on accurate inventory information.Inventory is more than numbers-it is the foundation of exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial accuracy.Accuracy is our standard. They enjoy solving problems, identifying discrepancies, and working with data to ensure inventory accuracy. Whether it's an inventory count, a product weight, a package dimension, or a receiving discrepancy, your instinct is to investigate rather than assume.You enjoy working with numbers and are comfortable performing calculations involving weights, dimensions, decimals, fractions, ratios, percentages, and metric conversions.
