This position offers a flexible work setting that accommodates remote collaboration, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while impacting the community. Our clinic operates seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, enabling a variety of scheduling options to best meet both clinician and patient needs. Furthermore, our administrative support team is committed to helping you manage your caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique trauma history and identify suitable treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring that each plan is evidence-based and responsive to the patient’s specific needs.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing effective modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, exchanging pertinent information and insights to elevate therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and support for patients during trauma-related emergencies, employing your skills to provide immediate assistance and safety.

• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to promote understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential documentation that adheres to both legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
