Sales Assistant

Dynamic Sales Assistant/Executive Assistant needed for a fast‑paced sales and events environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leadership or sales teams and can manage calendars, inboxes, travel, event logistics, and client materials. Some travel required. Fully on-site role based in Brooklyn Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm Responsibilities Manage CEO’s email inbox, calendar, and travel arrangements efficiently. Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring professional communication standards. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage schedules for events. Prepare event materials and presentations for client engagements. Support planning and execution of sales initiatives and client projects. Organize meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items. Maintain organized records and documentation for operational efficiency. Assist in tracking expenses and managing invoices accurately. Collaborate with the CEO to implement effective administrative processes. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in administrative and sales roles preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
