What You'll Do

• Evaluate and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device use.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments to optimize outcomes.
• Document all services and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient progress and treatment strategies.
• Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, aides, and students as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.

What You Need

• Valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in rehabilitation services, preferably in a facility setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and clinical documentation standards.
