Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a professional and personable Registration Desk Staff member to support guest registration, check-in procedures, and front-desk operations during company events and promotional activities.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, approachable, and comfortable interacting with a variety of people. You will play an important role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage registration and check-in procedures efficiently.
• Verify attendee information and maintain accurate registration records.
• Provide guests with schedules, directions, badges, and relevant event information.
• Answer general questions and assist with attendee requests.
• Coordinate with team members to maintain organized front-desk operations.
• Help prepare registration materials before events and activities.
• Assist with resolving minor registration or guest-service issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional registration area.
• Support additional event and administrative tasks when required.
