This position will remain open until filled. Starting Salary and Benefits $79,729.08 - $87,901.20 per year Additional Pay +5% for each (stacks): Intermediate Certificate Advanced Certificate Graveyard/Day Rotation During Graveyard $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! $2,500 upon successful completion of one month of work as a Police Officer $2,500 upon successful completion of six months of work as a Police Officer $5,000 upon the successful completion of the probationary period (1 year) Minimum Qualifications Completion of a California POST-certified Basic Police Academy High school diploma/GED Ability to pass background investigation, psychological and medical examinations Valid California driver's license Core Competencies Law Enforcement Knowledge Learning Agility Physical Fitness Adaptability and Resilience Ethical Conduct and Integrity Communication Skills Problem-Solving Teamwork and Collaboration About the Department PCC's Police and Safety Services is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable campus atmosphere.
