Appliance Installation Apprentice – Paid Training

No appliance installation experience? No problem. We'll train the right person.

We're a fourth-generation, family-owned business serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties since 1932. We sell, deliver, install, and service the appliances our customers depend on every day.

This isn't just a job moving appliances. You'll learn the technical skills necessary to become a professional appliance installer.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside experienced installers delivering and installing household appliances.
• Learn to install refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, ranges, microwaves, wall ovens, and other equipment.
• Develop basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and installation skills under supervision.
• Learn to use professional tools and equipment safely.
• Protect customers' homes, floors, cabinetry, and property.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and safely moving heavy appliances.
• Learn how to identify installation challenges and solve problems correctly.
• Develop the skills needed to complete installations independently as you advance.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience or a technical degree.

You DO need:

• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning how things work.
• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn, accept instruction, and improve.
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and safely handle heavy equipment.
• A professional, respectful attitude when working in customers' homes.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Experience in construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, automotive, HVAC, or similar hands-on work is a plus—but not required.
