VP, Architecture

Responsibilities Lead a team of talented architects supporting product and engineering teams. Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to enable partnership with product and engineering on roadmaps. Provide end-to-end architecture and support implementation. Represent WI with vendors, external partners, enterprise technology and other business units. Collaborate with product and engineering leads and senior management on product and delivery requirements, roadmaps, and vision. Qualifications Demonstrable experience in leading technical leaders, especially architects. Demonstrable experience in partnering with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, roadmap, and implementation approaches. Experience practicing Business Architecture including aligning Business and Technology strategies, Customer Journeys, Capability Modeling and Roadmaps Demonstrable understanding in all aspects of technical architecture (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization) Collaborating with peer and enterprise architects to align on standards, strategy, and opportunities to refactor business processes, improve customer experience or perform capability rationalization. Ability to work both independently and with different levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members. Experience in Modern Architecture and Cloud Technologies to build sophisticated architecture Experience in financial services and/or benefits management is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
