Unique Skills:
- Personable with excellent patient interaction skills.
- Accepts feedback and implements direction from leadership.
- Promotes teamwork and collaborates effectively with colleagues.
- Perform blood draws (phlebotomy).
- Administer vaccines.
- Conduct point-of-care testing.
- Room patients and obtain vital signs.
- Provide basic patient care.
- Assist with medical tasks and clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with providers and care teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program.
- OR completed Medical Assistant training through any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- OR hold an active or previously active Medical Assistant certification from an accredited organization and have completed a Medical Assistant training program.
- AClientA - American Medical Certification Association.
- AMT - American Medical Technologists.
- AAMA - American Association of Medical Assistants.
- NHA - National Healthcareer Association.
- NCCT - National Center for Competency Testing.
- Free self-parking is available at all three locations.
- The Tempe location has a parking garage with validated parking.
