Customer Support & Sales Operations Specialist

Duties Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including laboratory scientists, marketing, order fulfillment, shipping, field sales representatives, and internal commercial teams to meet customer requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for all aspects of customer order fulfillment, including sales support, technical assistance, quotation management, customer service, CRM administration, and pre- and post-sales marketing activities. Enter, approve, maintain, and update customer information within ERP and CRM systems. Provide sales support to domestic customers as well as international distributors and global commercial teams. Manage sales leads, conduct follow-up activities, and support opportunity progression through closure within the assigned territory. Participate in business process improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational change management efforts. Perform duties in an office-based work environment. Shift Timing 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Qualifications Laboratory experience and/or experience supporting scientific products, laboratory instrumentation, diagnostics, life science products, or consumables is preferred. Ability to understand and communicate scientific applications, laboratory workflows, and technical product information to customers, distributors, and internal commercial teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (such as Salesforce, Sage, or equivalent platforms) is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Customer service and account support experience. Sales coordination and order management experience. CRM/ERP data management and reporting. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
