Compensation & Earning Potential

• 
  
  
  $20.00-$20.50 per hour + monthly performance bonuses (hourly rate negotiable, DOE)

What You'll Do

• 
  Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound commercial collection calls
  
  



• 
  Clearly communicate payment expectations and resolve disputes professionally
  
  



• 
  Negotiate payment solutions that balance client goals and customer outcomes
  
  



• 
  Skip-trace and pursue resolution on assigned accounts
  
  



• 
  Document all account activity accurately in the system
  
  



• 
  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
