Customer Service Representative (Troy, MI) Join a team where people matter. We are looking for a customer service representative who brings positivity, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to every interaction. In this role, you will be the friendly voice and trusted resource for our customershelping them navigate questions, solve problems, and feel supported every step of the way. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed) Location: Troy, MI (full-time, in-office) What you will do: Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a warm, helpful experience every time Partner with customers to resolve billing questions and account inquiries Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, easy-to-understand solutions Help customers understand their accounts, payment options, and HOA processes. Stay cool under pressure, especially when assisting in urgent or sensitive situations. What you bring: 13 years of customer service experience (call center or high-volume environments a plus) Strong communication skillsyou know how to listen, explain, and connect.
