Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 for Sinai Health System in Chicago, IL. This role provides HR leadership in a unionized environment, supporting employee relations, investigations, compliance, and manager coaching for 300 employees. The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex HR matters, conducting workplace investigations, and ensuring compliance requirements for 300 employees. Union experience is required.
