You will have full administrative support, ensuring that you can focus on what you excel at—providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and joint therapy sessions with clients, including couples and family units, while maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment.

• Assess and address various issues including but not limited to family conflicts, substance abuse, grief, relationship dynamics, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and strategies aimed at achieving each client's mental health goals.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Engage in case consultations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and keep abreast of best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
