Clinician - Healthcare

Schedule

40 hours a week, primarily Monday through Friday

Assignment Details
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
