The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing treatment programs to restore and improve the physical functions of our patients. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.
Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.
Locations: This position is to cover Agile's Santa Cruz & Watsonville clinics on a full-time basis.

Schedule: Our clinics are open Monday- Friday and we'll consider a PT interested in a 32- or 40-hour work week. Agile offers flexible schedules for both options. Four 10-hour shifts, Five 8-hour shifts, or Four 9-hour shifts with a half day

This position is also eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus and $10,000 annual SPIF incentive opportunity, paid quarterly. Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through the evaluation, planning, and implementation of individualized treatment programs.
Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions and physician collaboration or prescription.
Maintain open communication with patients, case managers, referring physicians, and care teams to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through clear communication and active participation to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements (e.g., Participate in continuing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Provide clinical instruction and mentorship to students as assigned.
follow procedures for equipment use and maintenance.
Assist in protecting facility assets and preventing waste or misuse.
Support facility marketing or tours as needed.
Graduate or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California PT license required (or license in progress)
Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
Knowledge of physical therapy office management systems and procedures
