Remote Part-Time HR Generalist: Payroll & Compliance

Deep Dive HR Consulting is seeking a part-time Human Resources Generalist based remotely, ideally situated in the greater Chicagoland area. This role involves hands-on HR execution supporting payroll, benefits, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, especially in payroll processing and HRIS systems. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
