Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for a company located in Austell, GA. To be considered for this position the candidate(s) must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a Shipping & Receiving role. You must be computer savvy and have previous Shipping/Inventory software knowledge in this role. You will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team.
Pay Rate
$20.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm (OT required at times)
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials
- Maintain inventory and organize warehouse materials
- Coordinate with production and management to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform Quality checks on parts and materials before each shipment
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling and documentation
- Keep warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
