Position Title: Physician - Hospitalist
Among the duties include:
- Diagnose, treat and provide continuous care to hospital inpatients
- Prescribe medications or treatment regimens to hospital inpatients
- Order or interpret the results of tests such as laboratory tests and x-rays
- Manage and coordinate hospital patient care throughout treatment for hospital inpatients
Among the requirements are:
- Doctor of Medicine Degree or Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) Certification
- Board qualified based on completion of 36-month medical residency training in Internal Medicine or board certified by American Board of Internal Medicine
- Current License to Practice Medicine in Hawaii
