Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations to establish diagnoses.
• Document patient symptoms meticulously and update medical records accurately to ensure continuity of care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood panels, imaging studies, and other lab tests, to inform treatment decisions.
• Implement and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and health goals.
• Prescribe medications and manage pharmacological therapies judiciously to optimize health outcomes.
• Perform minor medical procedures, such as suturing lacerations or joint injections, as required.
• Monitor and track patient responses to treatment, indicating to adjust therapy as necessary to achieve optimal results.

Compensation and Benefits
