Guest Experience Lead — On‑Floor Leader & Coach

lululemon Beechwood Shopping Center is seeking a Guest Experience Lead on a contract through January 2027. You will oversee guest interactions, provide technical product education, and help tailor the brand experience to each guest’s needs on the selling floor. As part of the store leadership team, you’ll drive store performance, support hiring and training, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed.
