Who We're Looking For: 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles Previous dealership experience preferred but not required A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Greet and assist customers who enter the service department Handle incoming and outbound calls to customers, addressing concerns and scheduling service appointments Facilitate courtesy vehicle loans and returns General cashiering duties, processing credit and cash payments Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
