Pay: $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full time; Saturday and evening availability required

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, customer-facing roles
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not required
• A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the service department
• Handle incoming and outbound calls to customers, addressing concerns and scheduling service appointments
• Facilitate courtesy vehicle loans and returns
• General cashiering duties, processing credit and cash payments
• Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
