The real job is learning how commercial construction actually comes together — scheduling, documentation, cost tracking, and coordination — while working alongside the people who lead our projects from the ground up. Your Day-to-Day Project Support & Documentation Assist with scheduling, document control, and change management Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Track costs and maintain accurate project records Team & Project Collaboration Collaborate with owners, architects, superintendents, and internal teams Participate in planning meetings, quality control, and project closeout The Right Fit You're a Strong Fit If You Have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Bring 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM (preferred) Can read and interpret drawings and specifications Are familiar with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office Have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Hold a valid driver's license Are technically curious and eager to understand how projects truly operate Are detail-driven and committed to accuracy Are collaborative and respectful with field and office teams Are proactive — you don't wait for problems, you anticipate them Our Values We hire for character as much as credentials.
